Payments
We accept all major cards including Visa, Debit card, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal plus many more.
We also offer buy now, pay later options with 0% interest. We currently work with Clearpay.
Yes you can and we fully appreciate the pinch right now. You can spread the payment over several months with 0% interest. We use Clearpay and Paypal to offer this.
If you've previously ordered Baby or Kids PJs from us, then you should have received a special "Size up" discount code. To size up the kids PJs you'll need to order from our Kids Christmas PJs section. Remember, codes are only valid from the 1st September.
Returns
Size Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to make a separate purchase for the new item and return the item you have. Once we receive your item back, we will then process a refund. Please note you will have a 14-day window to exchange your PJs.

Returns
We offer a 14 day return period on all Christmas PJs.
If the 25th of December has passed, we are unable to exchange/accept returns for any Christmas PJs as we close for several months.

Our items are in stock and ready. Each one is carefully personalised just for you, so please allow around 7 working days before dispatch. The process is smooth and ensures every detail is perfect.

We ship worldwide and use all of the reputable companies such as Fedex, UPS and DPD.
We are based in the United Kingdom and we ship across the globe.
All Signature Range PJ's are physically in stock and dispatched the next working day.
We do not drop ship (like most competitors) and personally process all orders in-house from a family member.

Not for 2025. The stock we currently have is all that will be available for the rest of this year. Each year we produce fresh stock, but we keep our collections consistent so you can always shop the same ranges

Generally we stick to this simply formula:
Adult Females (UK)
Small = UK8/10
Medium = UK10/12
Large = UK12/14
XL = UK14/16
2XL = UK16/18
3XL = UK18/20
Female Sizing Suggestions (US)
Small = US4/6
Medium = US6/8
Large = US8/10
XL = US10/12
2XL = US12/14
3XL = US14/16
Adult Males:
This is a little different and varies on height and weight. We always advise selecting the size you normally wear. For example a male who is 5'11 medium build who normally wears a medium should select a medum.
Kids:
These are pretty much true to size, unless your child is very small or very tall, you may wish to consider a different size up or down. (don't worry though, we can always exhange the size if it's wrong)
Baby
The same as Kids, these are very accurate and sizing charts have been attached to each listing.

All orders are dispatched "Tracked and Trace" we will send you a tracking confirmation email once your order leaves our warehouse. If you leave us your mobile phone number when you checkout, we shall add this into the tracking for you.

Yes, we do! Each order is carefully packed with our festive Christmas tissue paper and placed in a magical gift bag. We can also send your order directly to a loved one and include a personalised Christmas card message. You can add Gift wrapping to your order during checkout.
We’re a small, family-run business and proud to design and create our very own Premium Signature Range in-house. Our pyjamas are exclusive to us, crafted from 95% soft cotton for comfort and quality. Unlike the mass-produced alternatives you’ll find on sites like Amazon, eBay, Shein or TEMU, our PJs are made with care, attention to detail, and that extra touch of family magic
Looking after your Pyjamas is extremely important. You want them to last for many years and even pass down to a sibling or a friend. We also put our outfits through their paces and wash around 6 times to test for fading and shrinking issues. Below are some tips to ensure your family Pyjamas remain in top condition.
Firstly you should always set the wash temperature to 30 or 40 degrees. If any higher and you may risk shrinkage.
HOW DO I WASH MY PYJAMAS?

It is always best to wash brand pyjams (especially the baby sizes) before they are worn – this makes sure any possible impurities are removed before putting them next to your baby's delicate skin.

Separate the clothes out into whites and colours as you would do your normal wash. Remove any heavy soiling such as stuck on food, baby sick or poo with a wipe or by rinsing under a tap.

If anyone in the household has been ill, your baby's clothes should be washed separately from any clothes or bedding that could be infected because bacteria can still spread during washing.

Tough stains should be left to soak before washing. If you do use bleach on your baby’s whites, make sure they are washed and rinsed thoroughly.
WHAT DETERGENT SHOULD I USE?
All major brand detergents are thoroughly tested so are safe to use. Some detergents have been specially formulated for use on baby clothes. Whatever washing powder you use, always buy a good quality brand and check for the British Skin Foundation logo on the packaging.
Buy practical fabrics

Look out for clothing that is easy to wash and quick drying. Cotton is perfect for babies as it is breathable which helps to prevent them from sweating and is soft against their skin.

Avoid buying delicate fabrics that have special care instructions; the last thing a busy parent needs is to be hand washing.

Steer clear of clothes with details sewn on such as sequins. These make it difficult to wash and, more importantly, risk coming off and being swallowed by your baby.
With so many companies advertising online it's difficult to know who to trust, we totally get that.

The Christmas Pyjamas Ltd is a registered Ltd company (15541513) and also a VAT registered business. We also own Cubwear Clothing Ltd which is a sister company to The Christmas Pyjamas Ltd.
You can contact us at any time via Live Chat, E-mail, Social media channels or via our contact form. We will get straight back to you and assist with anything you need. If you need to have a phone call, then drop us a message and we will call you back.
We are a small family run business and all orders are picked, packed and dispatched by one of us. We don't use any 3rd parties for shipping and certanly never drop ship. When you shop with our family business, we want you to become part of that and experience that personal touch. We personally pick, pack and dispatch all orders from our small setup in the UK.
IMPORTANT:
There is another business trading under a name very similar to ours – please be cautious, as this is not us. Unfortunately, they have received many poor reviews on Trustpilot, and we often hear from unhappy customers who mistakenly believe we are connected. This other company appears to dropship low-quality mass-produced items from China, and in some cases, orders never even arrive.
For obvious reasons we cannot name them directly, but their name is close to ours.
